A contemporary project where the history of the Old Town enriches everyday living.
The Rojaus sodai (Paradise Gardens) project is developed in a part of the Old Town that evokes the era when M. Daukšos street was still Rojaus street, named after the gardens once owned by the local monasteries. This exclusive space has long held profound significance for the city’s life, while the roads leading from the city gates to sacred spaces nurtured a sense of refined life — a quality still evident today. Now, it stands as one of the city’s most distinctive areas, shaped by the nearby UNESCO-protected Old Town with its churches, winding streets, cultural spaces, restaurants, private schools, and workplaces all within easy walking distance. The Rojaus sodai community becomes another integral extension of the Old Town, meaningfully continuing its historical narrative.
