Project progress
The shopping center is EXÁNT’s first built-to-suit project, delivered in partnership with Egilis, UAB. We assumed full responsibility for the entire implementation process: from identifying the prime location and acquiring the land parcel to developing the design, overseeing construction, and preparing the completed property for handover and operation. By taking full ownership of the project, we ensured that all client’s needs were fully met, while our successful collaboration built a solid foundation for future partnerships.
Working with the client, we meticulously selected the location and analysed design, inspection, and construction costs, while overseeing the project in its entirety. Within the built-to-suit partnership model, we take full ownership of these project stages.
