This development marks EXÁNT’s first built-to-suit project, managed as a unified process—from scouting the optimal location and acquiring the land parcel to implementing design solutions, coordinating construction, and finalizing the property for handover and operation. This is also our first partnership with IKI Lietuva, UAB, a member of the international REWE-Beteiligungs-Holding International GmbH group.
Under the built-to-suit development model, our clients do not need to source land parcels or handle design, construction, or installation. We oversee every detail, from initial concept to final handover.
